I’ve been to Baguio just once. I hope I could visit the place again with my family, especially during Panagbenga Festival… such a colourful festival. It’s my first time to see come across with your blogs, seems you’ve been around a lot. 🙂
The City gets reeeeeally crowded during the Panagbenga, especially the last week, when the Street Dancing and Float parades will take place. And so Baguio residents are the ones who will troop out elsewhere to avoid the crowd. Haha!
And about going out around a lot… I wish I could do more of it, actually.
